Guide To Unlock Bootloader LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA.

Before you following this guide, you have first rooted your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA device. Special thanks to scottgl9 for great tutorial.

1. Make sure you have installed ADB drivers and enabled OEM unlock.You will need the drivers for the computer to recognize the LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA and OEM unlock needs to be enabled so the LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA can go in fastboot mode.


2. Then download vs880_cwm_recovery.img Here
3. You must backup your current LAF partition, in case you want boot  to LG download mode in the future.
• dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf of=/sdcard/laf.img
4. In order to boot your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA into fastboot mode, we need to zero out the LAF partition:
• dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
5. Now your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA will be able to boot into fastboot mode. To boot your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA to fastboot mode you can see this guide :
• Power off your LG device

7. Open cmd on your windows
8. Then type adb on command prompt, following by enter. If your adb successfully installed you should see no error on this command prompt. 
9. Now, navigate your prompt to Android sdk folder, for example just type.
• cd C:android-sdk

• fastboot getvar all

16. In order to flash Philz CWM recovery, you must boot your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA boot into fastboot mode, then run the command :
• fastboot flash recovery vs880_cwm_recovery.img
17. Wait the process and finish,
18. Now your LG G VISTA VS880 CDMA is unlocked with Philz CWM Recovery.
